Short and binding.

Scope of rights

A standard licence does not transfer ownership of the image. Only the confirmed use per photograph is permitted.

  • uses not licensed remain prohibited
  • standard licences apply per photograph
  • usage rights start after payment has been received

Quality

RMU Foto stands for nature photography from Switzerland. All purchasable photographs are offered as they were captured in the moment: without creative image alteration, montage or AI/generative alteration. It does not get more natural than that.

The selected image size defines the delivery scope.

Not allowed without additional agreement

  • transfer, sublicensing or use by third parties
  • upload to stock platforms, image databases or AI training systems
  • use as a logo, trademark or primary brand element

Copyright credit

Where technically and practically possible, the credit Β© RMU Foto must be displayed.

Binding documents are the saved licence configuration, confirmed price, order confirmation and terms.
