If expressly selected during the order process, a buyout or transfer of the economic usage rights may be agreed per image or for an entire series.

In the case of a buyout of an individual photo, the relevant image and, where possible, identical or very similar motifs from the same series will be removed from the regular licence offering to avoid exclusivity and dispute issues.

The written order and licence confirmation is decisive in each case.

Note on third-party rights

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, RMU Foto gives no guarantee that use of the images in every specific context is free from third-party claims, for example due to personality rights, trademark rights, property rights, house rules or event restrictions.

Responsibility for lawful use lies with the customer.
